Hello tractorites ! Bought this house at list price on condition I get the 2 year old Deere x320 tractor for nothing. Love it (the tractor). Haven't noticed the house yet.
It is the right model as a thousand dollars for a hydraulic lift is not me as I am a meany Yorkshireman - or I was.
Love tractors, hate dandelions. I will do ALL my own maintenance on this tractor, so getting advice for tractor-heads is a must.
1.6 acres instead of a 6 yard by 4 yard back garden in England and a little more in Washington State will be fun. The previous owner sold the house as he was too old for tractors and yard work - and he is 11 years younger than me !
Let the spanner (wrench) work begin
