Thanks for the info. I am looking at the GX345 & GT245, it's good to know how many are left. I should decide soon before they are gone, but I wanted to look at the Simplicity too. The Simplicity's are not in yet, so I have never seen one in person.

The numbers above are what Deere has in their warehouses and distribution network . . . it does not include what the dealers have in their showrooms. I should have been more clear. One thing is clear, to have that many X tractors in inventory on the heels of the 700 series introduction illustrates how much the 2210/2305 has cut into this segment of the market.

Cobalt,

I think price competitiveness in everything, including tractors, is here to stay. Some may decry the move to more plastics, smaller, lighter assemblies etc, but as long as the engineering is sound, we are getting better bangs for the buck.

I pulled that trigger.

Any update on availability, the old series has been pulled from the website!
Or they are having problems. The GX is not there, but the new X500's are.
