Ariens Tractor questions

Any one got any thoughts on this tractor http://tinyurl.com/o8pug8p . Gas-diesel? Make of engine? Hydraulic system or brand? Any known things to watch out for? Good price? I've e-mailed the guy and I'm just waiting for an answer.....Mike

Looks like it's probably an 18hp diesel, 1986/87 vintage. I have no knowledge of these, but this may be the owner's manual: http://apache.ariens.com/manuals/000127A.pdf

Looks pretty clean, and according to the Tractor Blue Book, went for $6599 new.

Good luck, hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me will be along soon.
