THe last time I used the front was at least a year ago. And at least the front worked fine.
Where would I start? Switches both failed? Is there a fuse?
Winter is just around the corner.

If the tractor runs the fuse is ok. That's the simple part. Next would be to check for current at the PTO light or the yellow double wires at the front PTO switch. Remember both seat switch and neutral safety switches must be activated or the PTO is a no go. If no juice to the PTO switch the next item upstream is the PTO relay mounted on the console behind the battery. The red wire feeds the relay and the power source is the time delay. Both are fastened by the same nut and bolt. By the way all this can be checked without the tractor running. The ignition switch does need to be in the run position and a good battery installed.
If none of this makes a since and you don't have a repair manual post the model number 9310** and I will post the test procedure and wire diagram for your tractor. Different models vary a little.
