I have a 1994 White Outdoor GT-1855 and have been looking off and on for the 40" tiller that attached to the mid pto.

Hard to find!!

40" rotary tiller 190-981A or 19981-0

Anyone knows where to get one please let me know!

All I can tell you is to keep your ear to the ground, and utilize Searchtempest' RSS feed feature.

Keep your searches broad as many folks will not know exactly what they have. For example, someone might list it as an old MTD tiller.

One of our members, ST Nathan, created the site, and he lets you create RSS feeds of your searches, which you can in turn import into Google Reader or similar RSS reader.
