I have a '79 1612 PK - First one after the JD / PK change over. I say this, because many think it's a JD due to it's size.

I am finally putting my mower deck back together (after two years). And, no I did not take before pix, and yes, I can not find my parts/diagram CD. I must have put it in a really good place.

So I have a newly painted dec and covers, rebuilt bearings, new grease fittings, new belts and new tensioner pulleys, and I don't remember how it all goes back together.

A friend took it apart for me to paint so long ago, and he can't remember either. This was my first PK, and I jumped right into the restore. I have learned much since then, so not likely to make this mistake again.

Any help would be appreciated.:thanku:

Thanks Ryan, that was just what I needed. My memory was not too far off, but it was BIG HELP to make sure.
Now all I have left are the belts. does anyone have any idea on size? I bought three new ones a couple of years ago, using the old ones as a guide. Well, so far, the two short ones are not correct. I have not tried to mount the deck yet, so I don't know about the main belt from the pto through the mule.
Deck came out real nice, I post some pix soon.
