looks to be late 70s..... if the front wheels have hubs with 3 lug bolts then it its pre '78. It will have a 16hp briggs and Peerless 2500 hydro trans. Rear wheels should be 15" with 4 lug bolts.

Welcome--I Don't know what it is----But it is the right color----Looks close to a Wheel Horse--IMHO.

Grill and headlights definitely look like an MTD. I don't see a steering wheel. Does it at least have a pair of vice grips clamped on the shaft?
