Antique tractors on display (pics)

Our local Tractor Supply Store is the best......this past Saturday the manager (Sandy) hosted a antique tractor show in the parking lot for us to attend. The entire staff bent over backwards to make us comfortable and welcomed. They furnished us with a tent so we could get out of the sun, brought out a big cooler of gatorade type drink and cookies.....came out and visited with us....like I said, they are the best.

On to the pictures, we hoped to have 15 or so, but 29 old tractors found their way to the show, some owners bringing in multiple tractors. First up is a pair of Cockshutts owned by my daughter in laws grandpa and a set of IH Demonstrators owned by a local dairy farm family.

Then we had a good turnout of Molines, we brought down the two on the right. Prarie gold sure is a pretty color. The little BF (middle tractor) had a two bottom plow hooked up to it and had been out plowing recently as the moldboards were still shiny.

Next were a row of John Deere's, I unhooked my newly aquired JD 50 wide front from the manure spreader and took her to town, dad brought his 60 "Standard" the "B" on the far right was bought new by this owners dad and he completely restored it when he aquired it from him.

.....believe it or not I had 2 guys who wanted to buy my old 50.....she is not for sale. :ROF

There were a good showing of Farmalls, you just don't see many Super MTA's this nice.

...some more red ones and a green. There is a W-6 owned by the son of the guy who had the Super MTA in the preceeding pic, sure is a pretty one. Next to that is a 1935 McCormick W-30 owned by my Uncle Roger....it has a top speed of 4 m.p.h. yet he still drove it to the show and back home.

More green ones of various flavors.....

....and a Oliver.....this Oliver was restored by a local lady, she did a nice job.

This one was the oldest a 1919 Fordson. The fella who brought this had all the original paperwork. It was bought new by his grandpa. Started up and purred like a kitten.....nice history with this one.

We are hoping the good folks at TSC willl allow us to bring them again next year, I'm sure there would be more who would attend.

Thanks for looking.

Very nice set of photos. You have commented before on the TSC manager. Sounds like a very big asset to the company. Hope they know how far above and beyond their employee goes.
Great pics thanks! That is one huge parking lot at your TSC I don't think we could fit 5 tractors at our local one LOL

Yes I have. She is a gem, glad we have her here.

One thing I forgot to mention, she brought out red TSC hats for everyone who brought a tractor....she gave me a PINK one :ROF Pay backs are ****, but it will be in good fun.....thinking of a way I can get her back.

My wife laid claim to the PINK TSC hat, so all is well. :thThumbsU

Thanks for sharing the pics, those Farmalls really standout. My brother-in-law has a JD Model A he has never done anything with, maybe time to take a case of beer over and talk him out of it.
