Just picked this one up locally for a hundred bucks. It's in working condition, starts on first couple of pulls, a lot of smoke though, maybe mixing ration is not right (had some gas in tank when I bought it).

Seems in good shape, no rust. deck has a bump that I am not sure what happened. Took this few pics at night, betters pictures to follow. This one has ball bearing wheels

Anyone familiar with this one? Does it use the same F engine as other commercial models and a LMR-10 Walbro carburetor?

Nice find. C21ZPS. Yes it uses an F engine. It originally would have had a side bagger on it. They are rock solid mowers, one of my favorites.

When looking for parts, the exploded views on the web shows engine and carburetor groups as "ZPN", "MRA", "MRB", "ZSN" but not ZPS. Does anyone know which parts list is the right one for mine? Thanks.

Pretty sure the ZPN would work. The last letters are Z for Zone Start, P for Push, And either S for side Bagger or N for No Side Bagger. Engine parts should be the same. Bill

Yep, the last number just indicates the bagging option.

C= commercial
21= 21" cut
Z= zone start (the pull rope is on the handle)
P= push
S= side bagger

The engine looks the same but it is not identical to my C21ZPN. The tank stand handle bars, wheels (mine has tread on the tires) and its engine guard would be different than mine.

Yes the mowers have some differences but the original question was does it use the same F engine. Mostly that refers to the short block. Bill
