You mean you screw on and tighten the oil filter properly, fill the engine with oil, start it up and the oil filter shoots off the stud it's mounted on?
Maybe post a pic of the stud and filter mounting threads after this happens, as it sounds like either the filter is wrong or the stud is badly stripped. Or the oil system is plugged with no pressure relief valve, and it's building up 1k+ psi...
