Agco st25

I am looking at an AGCO ST25 with a gear transmission. What can anyone tell me about this?
What I have researched is that it is made by Isiki, it has 900 hours on it, I don't know if it has a "live" PTO, live hydraulics, or even power steering/brakes....I have 2 AGCO dealers within an hour of me. I have loved green since I could walk...but it just has gotten too expensive. Does anyone here own one that could help me make a better decision....or does anyone here recommend anything else I could look into?
