My main concern is can I connect the 14 AWG wire harness to the 12 AWG lights? I'm just starting electrical in Automotive Apprenticeship. Any help is appreciated.

As far as I know the harness has a 15A fuse built in.

LEDs don't take much power, you should be fine. It's still best to use a relay though.

Do you know the amperage draw of each light bar?, are these being added to an existing circuit with a current draw?( ie tapping into an existing light circuit?

Also the wiring harness is 9ft long so I don't know if that'd make a difference. Was thinking on just leaving it, but any knowledge is appreciated.

The other thing is will this drain the battery dead? Or how do I test that.
