What does one of these go for these days, in great, working condition? I have a line on one attached to a Big 10 and was wondering if it was worth getting it and selling the sweeper.

When I was shopping 750-1000 was the going rate for an actual B series broom, depending on condition. I located 3, and 2 sold...fast. Took me 2 years and I brought home the 3rd. I got lucky and the seller preferred to trad for some other stuff I had for sale. Drove to Iowa to meet him half way, and it's not near as nice as the one you found, but works great. Brooms that have OEM setups for Bolens, Deere and WH were far more common, ranging from $300-600. I had a Deere one, but luckily found this one before hacking up the JD broom...sold that one to Texas.

Seems someone jumped on it from Ohio, if they back out I'm picking it up. I could use something to cut grass here. And a working tractor would be a nice thing to show my son how they work.

They were made by sweepster. Saw one a few months back. Sold for 600.
