Looking for some Help! Have an AC 1690075 Model 712S that won't start. Put a new battery in and it is fully charged. The connections are clean and tight. The fuse or circuit breaker has been checked and it passes current. I think it may be the ignition switch or the safety switch on the transmission but i'm not sure? I also noticed that the headlights won't light up when turned on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
