If you do not wish to spend over a hundred dollars to plant a few rows of sweet corn, here is an idea you could adapt to many tools. It is much easier than bending over planting a 50' plus row of sweet corn by hand.

I bought the lawn edger tool on clearance sale a TSC for twenty dollars, a dollar for the funnel, and a dollars for the plastic tube for Lowes. The idea could be adapted to many long handle tools.

I strap a small pouch on my waist with the corn seeds in it. It is slow manual work, much easier than bending over, and much cheaper than a fancy push corn row planter.
