Doing it the hard way

I have a 9N ford tractor (or so I call it 1945 serial# with electrics)

The free play in the clutch pedal is just too much according to the book, all the take-up in the rod is taken up as far as possible.

I am thinking there is a problem with either...

the rod being too long
lever on bell crank having slipped
bell crank damaged
throw-out bearing somehow wrong

What I need from you good people
measure the length of the clutch rod from eye to eye
and maybe take a pic of the bell crank lever when properly adjusted and clutch pedal released.

Before doing anything I would check to be sure the bell crank has not slipped on the shaft.
