how can i tell if my 990 is supposed to have pto in the front?

There is a pully in front of my 990, and that is what the Snowblower hooks onto with belts.

The pulley is on the front of the engine, and it is a double pulley, with one of them used for the Generator.

Here is a picture of my belt pulley to run the pump for my loader. The pulley with the screen is for the starter/generator. I do not have a clutch because I want it to run all the time the engine is running.

My flywheel nut has a key-way in it so is that where the pulley should go?
