I've been using the 7268 that indy traded me. Its hard to start hot. If you turn it off and restart within a minute it takes maybe 6-8 pulls. If you wait 10 minutes, it takes at least 20-30 pulls and the last 15 you never let it stop turning.

But when its running its very, very strong. The strongest F-engine I've used. The seal underneath is leaking some, but not very much.

I never know if its an ignition thing or a fuel thing, I suspect ignition.

I don't know what to tell ya. Perhaps someone here will know more.

Could be a combination of a leaking seal, bad coil, or plugged exhaust ports. Check carb setting also.

I say replace the seal and report back. I had a DF that does that and I put a new coil on it. It still does it.

In my experience with coils, they either WORK or they DON'T. Usually hard starting when warm indicates plugged exhaust or bad seals.
