I really don't have the slightest idea of what dollar value to put on that. I would suggest that you plan to either steal it or pass on it. If either of those conditions does exist you will have a project on your hands and the biggest expense may be your time tracking down parts.
On the other hand..... If you can steal it, and if you have the time, tools, and knowledge to perform major repairs like that you could end up with a real sweet package.
So I guess the best way to proceed is to set a price in your mind that you feel will be a steal, offer it and be ready to walk away from it if it doesn't get the deal done.
