I bought a new key switch at TSC and hooked it up wrong.The magic smoke came out from under the tins on the motor.Behind the flywheel i think.What have i burned up? And where can i get the replacement parts?

Is there anything behind the flywheel? This is a starter/generator combo isn't it? Nothing Ebay can't handle.

You will need a new magneto, the proper key switch and any wires from the mag to the points that are burned. Applying 12v to the magneto = smoke.
