Almost exactly 2 years ago I replaced my Holley carb with a Zenith on the advice of soundguy. It ran great until today. It has been sitting since mid March and I ran it today. It ran well for an hour or so then stopped running and will not start. Gas is dripping from the carb near where the air enters, it looks like there is some kind of screened hole or something on the bottom (see photo). It is pain to get at because the loader is in the way and I can't get the loader off without the tractor running.

Can I fix it easily without taking it off or does it need to hit the work bench?
