Hey Everyone! I currently have a GX335 with a 48" deck at home. I am looking for something a little bigger as I have quite a bit of lawn to mow. I would like to get something with a 62" deck. I would really like a X485, but I was curious if there are any less expensive models that also have the bigger deck? Most everything else I look at all have 54" decks. Thanks!!

I think (and could be wrong) but to get anything above a 54" you need to step up to a 400 series. If you want less $$, you could try an older 425/445/455 with a 60" deck...:goodl:

I would rather not have the 425/445/455 series. I cant get over the foot pedal difference.

Does all of the X400 series offer the 62" deck? How about the newer 500 series?

The newer X500 series the largest deck is the 54''. The X400 series did come with the 62'' but they are getting hard to find.
