Have cut a few times with the 54 and bagger works really nice once i got it all leveled out. I am having trouble getting it back off. I cannot get the arm to release. I have it down to install but whats the trick to pull that arm to release the rear pins.

You may have already figured it out, or your deck is still on. With the gauge wheels up and the deck flat on the ground, the front draft arm should be loose. If it is still tight the rear latches will be bound up and not move. If the deck is set up correctly with 1/4" down pitch from back to front at cutting height the front draft arm will be loose when the deck is on the ground. Or, your latches might just be sticky.
