I will guess that with the parking brake light always on, there may still be a problem with the combination relay. The combination relay will prevent a start if the brake switch and light are off. It will also turn on the alarm buzzer if you engage the transmission and try to move with the switch and light on. At first I thought a wire from the parking brake switch may have gotten pinched and grounded, but if that happened you would still have the alarm when trying to move.

how many fuses does your tractor have, 3 or 4?
with park switch unplugged on later models everything should be dead, no lights no starter etc. does the buzzer sound when you try to put it in gear? does it start and run? plug switch back in and does buzzer sound with brake on when put in gear?

hi Tom, I just repaired my grandfather's 4514 as it had a bad ignition coil. I'm now on to my next problem which seems to be a similar issue as you described. When releasing the parking brake and engaging the transmission to go forward, the buzzer comes on. I have a temporary fix to unplug the buzzer but I'm looking for a solution to fix it. Any thoughts? I'm thinking it's a bad park brake sensor or something shorted in the combination relay of wiring in general....
