My 450 Commercial with 16.5 Hp Onan has boiling gas in the fuel filter you can see- it is boiling not air bubbles. I dont have anything too close to exhaust. It is hard to start when it is hot. so i guess thats why, any suggestions? :praying:

It happens on our Pro 8 too. I blame it on the crud we get for gas now days. You could be suffering from a bad/clogged screen in the tank or a hose that is collapsed/pinched.

Oh ok. And i said it isnt bubbles because the filter is scolding hot. and it onlly does it when it is shut off, when the cooling fan isnt spinning, letting the heat build up. If i go out right now and look at it, no bubles. and when i turn the fuel shutoff on the line, it will still bubble, and the fuel amount will not go down it IS BOILING
