First remove the kick panel in front of your feet by removing 4 bolts with1/2" socket. Then with same socket, remove on bolt from each side of cowling and remove those 2 panels. Then unscrew the tach cable from the back of the tach and disconnect wire connector from back of the instrument cluster. If a cab tractor, remove screw from turn signal lever and pull out the lever. There a 4 screws on the back side of the dash panel(5/16" wrench) remove those so you can tilt dash panel out enough to reach 4 more 5/16" screws holding the cluster to the dash panel. After cluster is out, remove 4 screws holding the cover/lens on the front of cluster. This exposes the gauges. On the back side of the cluster you will see 3 nuts on the back of each gauge. Remove the 3 behind the gauge you want and then the gauge will come out. There will be a spring washer on each of the three studs of the gauge. Be sure to transfer those to the new gauge. They help keep good contact between the gauge and the circuit board. Reassemble in reverse order.
