Hey guys got a pretty good deal on the 44" 2 stage blower(#79366) for my 522xi but it is missing a pretty important piece(s)

It is #27 the Jack shaft

I was wondering if someone has the same blower and could get me some measurements and possibly pics?
It does not look like a complicated piece to make instead of spending the $160 on buying it

Also I have a couple questions on exactly how it mounts.

Thanks

Morning Sir--that 522 is a later/last edition, as it were for the Wheelhorse/Toro brand 'big' tractors, I believe. The 522 is different, I understand than anything else--so parts/attachments will be harder to find. Swept back front axle--for one thing-
If you really/really need it--get the attachment (blower)--then look around for the shaft. Like you asked--in the mean time--someone may show up and give you a better description of it--and you could obtain it locally.
Good luck---

I have that attachment. I’m not sure which part you’re talking about. Can you post a screenshot of it? There is a guy on YouTube that has videos showing how to install that snowblower attachment. I forgot his name. I also have some videos on YouTube related to the 5xi tractors, plus I started the Facebook Toro 5xi garden tractor page.

Looks like what I call the "LIFT FLAG." Can you confirm the inner diameter of the "ROD" it engages? I'm wondering if it's the same as what the single stage blowers on the 300-400-500 "classic" series use...

On edit: there are some other diagrams in the link you sent, right above that exploded diagram. One of them is JACK SHAFT ASSEMBLY. Interestingly enough, it calls out #27 as a "YOKE."

I have a complete 79366 Snowblower that has all the parts. It needs the side bearings on the auger, and the gear that drives it seeing I bent it when trying to remove it. It can be straightened very easy if you can get it off. It is in good shape other than what I have noted, and it is complete. If you want to come to RI and get it, it is yours for $250.
