i have a 1969 international 434 and i am having a problem with my steering as to when i try to turn to the right it is VERY and i mean VERY hard to turn to the right but turning to the left is smooth and not a problem like its supposed to be ....i have taken apart the flow control block and it seems to be clean and burr free and no issues that i can find.... if i crack the lines on my cylinder (which i think is an L92) left (return) line dumps fluid when you turn to left and nothing out of the right (supply) weather or not i turn to to right or left i have a true steering shaft that goes down through the dash and it has a worm gear on the end which turns a shaft that goes out the side of the steering box and i think the bearings in it are no good also? if anyone havs a parts breakdown of the steering shaft so i can see what parts i need for that it would be greatly appreciated also

Steering box bearings, hydrosteer ram malfunction, or axle spindle bearing problems, all could exacerbate your problem.

You need a service manual, nearest i could supply is for 384/444 tractors covers this area in detail, Same setup 414 to 444, Genuine IH manual .
