There is a 430 with 1187 hours with a 60" UBM for sale in my area for $2,400. Is that a decent price? It looks good and runs good, no smoke and nothing leaking.

I'd consider that a fair price. I might try and get it down a few hundred, but it's not massively overpriced like many 430's seem to be.
