This winters project 425 eng. rebuild. Over the last 30 plus years I have done many kohler briggs tec. rebuilds but never a kawai. I know about the fiber cam issues and will change if not already done. Engine runs ok but has positive crankase pressure. Compression is good at 208 in both cylinders 950 hrs. and obvisouly poorly treated. Now I have the manual and im not afraid of it but I likke to know where im going before I get there. So any sage advice from you guys that have been into the FD620 engines would be appreciated. A total rebuild may not be needed but its getting one anyway. This one is a keeper and I want it to be dependable. THANKS! BILL
