Check the wires at the back of your switch to make sure none have come loose and also check the two circled in red to make sure they are not loose. I believe the one with the fork terminal is the one that fastens to the coil circuit near your carburetor and is used to ground the ignition when you shut it off. If that has come loose, neither the ignition switch nor the safety switches will kill it.
4211 Won't Shut Off
My 4211 Hydro will not shut off either when I turn the key to the "off" position or when I get off the seat (which typically kills it). I ended up having to move the throttle into the choke position to get the tractor to shut off. Any ideas on why this is happening?
