hi, quick question. are 3 point hitchs' universal? meaning will one from one tractor fit another? also, i have a backhoe on my jd670 how many 3pt parts are used for this? i know i'm missing the lift links but dont know what else.

Not really...Stop your local JD dealer and he will provide you with all the pieces you need for your 670...

thanks for the reply. i called them last week and they sent me a parts explosion of the setup and every nut and bolt comes separately so i will have to go through everything and see what exactly i need, which is a nightmare so far.

To make it easy stand at the back of the 670 with the picture and mark off what you DO have. the list will be shorter. Then you can go in with the pic and say i need this stuff.
