Hello I just got a John Deere 317 added to my shed !! I was wondering if anyone has converted one of the 3pt hitches for sears suburban over to fit the 300 series John Deere ??

Welcome to the 317 Club! I will search, but I know someone did a Sears Electric Sleeve Hitch for a x500. Don't remember about a 300 series.:dunno:

Can;t find where anyone has done that. Sorry. One problem I see is that the Suburban 3pt mounts to a tapered rearend plate where ours are straight down. So would have to mod it quite a bit to work.
Here is my homemade 3pt on my 317. Not hard to build at all.
