I just picked up a 325 with 400hours yesterday. 54" deck. It's real clean. Mowed a bit with it last night and it's running seamlessly. I need to figure out setting up the deck wheel height.

Are there any issues that this machine is famous for. I'd like to have this machine around for a good long time!

Any ideas on a fix for a rip in the vinyl seat?

There's some vinyl repair products out there, but you usually are better off just getting a new seat. At 400 hrs, that thing is practically brand new. I don't know of any specific issues with it.

Hi John , Congratulations on your new work ride !!! I don't have any ideas for a fix , but instead of a new seat , I would suggest a JD seat cover with the pockets in the back , just a thought ...
