Can anyone help me identify this bracket on the rear of my 318? I'm thinking a bagger bracket.

From a post in the archives:

"you can leave your hitch plate and bagger bracket in place"

So bagger bracket would be my guess.

It's one of two designs for bagger brackets that Deere had available for the open frame 300/400 series.

LOL, did you see the picture of the 990 pulling this 318 back to the shed? Insult to injury, it was my 7 year old daughter's 990 (the one which will become pink and purple).

katt, we're going all green at the dogg house. There is at least a half yard of good country topsoil attached to that new 318, so we're rolling it from spot to spot, knocking a little off at a time to level out the yard.
