Do all 318s have a dual spool valve, even if the tractor has a 3 point? If so, is one of the sets of hydraulic ports up front the same circuit that powers the 3 point?

Yes, the outer lever that controls the three point and deck lift also controls the front hydro outlet. There is a lock out valve you can install on the rear lift cylinder that directs the fluid flow only to the front ports if you have a blade hooked up etc. that reduces the cycle times.....
