317 Fuel adjustment
So i left my 317 out at my brothers shop while i was rebuilding the engine,and my uncle started tinkering with the idle speed and fuel adjustment screws. now it will run but acts like its not getting enough air,does anyone have a good idea how to adjust these properly so i can get the most out of this 17hp kohler? Snow is a coming and i need to be ready!! thanks for any help!
