Screw the air filter screw in 4-5 turns, and retry it..these HAVE to have the screw, or filter installed to run correctly.

Engine starts up cold and runs fine for 10 seconds and then starts running rich and wants to die. I noticed the butterfly (hope that is what you call it) is staying closed off. When I open it with a screw driver it runs as it should. I am attempting to attach a video to show you what its doing. This is my first ever attempt at something like this. Click on the picture and see if it takes you to the video. Sometimes I hate technology when I dont understand how to use it. :banghead3
