Thanks I kind of figured that but I know there is a switch on the shift lever and didn't know if they were pure mechanical switches or went to a group of relays or some sort of electronic devise.

2305 Seat Switch?
I just noticed today that when I get up off the seat the tractor stays running while in gear, isn't it supposed to shut down?
I will not start unless it's in Neutral though which is correct so that switch seems to be working correctly.
Is the seat switch bad? Sounds logical to me?
