Hi,

I have a rearend with hyd motor from a 224 case that I need to ship to Florida from Indiana. Does anyone know how much this unit would weigh?

My bathroom scale says more than 110# and less than 120#. Does that sound reasonable?

thx. chuckbob

I think the last one I shipped weighed about 130, including the heavy duty box and internal Plywood supports I used. By boxing well rather than using pallets allows you to ship UPS or Fedex ground. and if you pay attention to the dimensions you can avoid the special handling fees for unboxed or oversize boxes. Either will be cheaper by far that LTL truck freight.

thx for your replies,

I'm trying to send the frame and rearend from this tractor and with whatever box it goes in and keep the whole package under 150# to be able to ship it ups ground.

It's probably going to be very close.
