So my loader I have been noticing has been slowing down on the tilt to dump. All other functions have been normal so far. It's the 210 loader that's attached. There seems to be a vary small window in the lever to where it will move at normal speed. And a vary small window in this sweet spot?

The tractor has about 650hrs on the clock currently. All fluids/filter have been changed about a year ago (50-60hrs total). Im in upstate New York where it's currently on snow duty. I understand the hydraulic fluid needs to warm-up, and will be slower then when its mid July. But I would think 30 to 45 minutes would be a fair amount of ample time to warm. It's kept in a unheated garage.

Hopefully this makes sense to you without the first hand experience. It there something inline that might have some crude built up possibly?

Not likely a crud build up, but a possibility that a hose is failing internally and creating a check valve of sorts restricting flow in one direction while allowing free flow in the other.

Another possibility is that one or more bucket pins is not allowing free movement. This, like a couple of other slim possibilities, is more likely to be noticeable when curling the bucket back rather than the gravity assisted curl forward.

Thanks Tudor. I suppose the line's could be a real possibility. I'm sure they are all original equipment still. But I take it there is no way of knowing if bad from the outside? If they do need replacement i suppose it's better to just do them all.

Nope, no way to tell from the outside. You have to remove and flush them to inspect the area right next to the terminations.

If you're feeling especially wealthy, you can replace them all, but they cost about $15 each and there're 6 for the bucket curl.

Hydraulic hoses will last for several decades in GT service. I replace them only if they are leaking. I haven't had one fail internally yet, but some have come across that problem.

Here goes, I have a 2210 SCUT as you and noticed the same thing with the loader. I changed fluid and then started looking at full maintenance procedures and found there is a screen in the pump, the screen is under the drivers left side and needs to be cleaned and dried with a solvent, (little bit of a pain to get at, But doable) My 2210 has about 750 hrs.It states all this in shop manual. After doing such I noticed a difference in bucket operation. Hope this helps, If you have never done this might be worth the cleaning. The screen has a magnet on it and attracts all the small metal from the pump.

I changed fluid and then started looking at full maintenance procedures and found there is a screen in the pump, the screen is under the drivers left side and needs to be cleaned and dried with a solvent, (little bit of a pain to get at, But doable) My 2210 has about 750 hrs.It states all this in shop manual. After doing such I noticed a difference in bucket operation. Hope this helps, If you have never done this might be worth the cleaning. The screen has a magnet on it and attracts all the small metal from the pump.

Doesn't say to do this but I followed the line up the side of tractor and loosened the,I believe 3 bolts at other end of solid line. That gave a little more for removing the hose, OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE A P.I.A., Then don't for get to tighten those bolts back up. (that would not be good)

On another note have you ever greased the drive shaft that is not mentioned between the engine and pump, VERY IMPORTANT TO DO THAT ABOUT EVER 200 hrs or less, There are several articles on doing that, search or got to GTT and they have it sticked in the SCUT forum

Hope this assist in the issue, It did help mine?

Thanks walmart. That screen I did clean with the fluid change I did when i bought it. It actually was not that bad when i did remove it.

So yesterday it was in the higher 60's. I ran the loader to do some work around the house. All seemed to operate as it should. So I'm guessing it's due to the colder temperatures dunno.
