216 good news/bad news
Tore into the 216 today and wasen't real pleased with what I saw.Pulled the fuel line off the carb and what ran out was not gas BUT water,got the carb off and as the picture shows has had water for sometime,looked into the intake and luckly it looked good with now signs of water.Pulled the fender pan (breaking the outlet off the tank) and it was not quite full of water.Got he carb soaking now so will know tomorrow if I can salvage it.Pulled the dip stick and to my surprise the oil looked like it had just been changed and up to the full mark,pulled the spark plug and it looks real good with no signs of black soot so maybe it just has the water probleml.
