Got my neighbors 210 for some work and find it hard starting after it sits overnight,it will only start with full choke and on idle,if I open the throtle then it floods,I put new plug wire,plug (not new) the point gap is correct,it fires blue on the plug(I put on a new coil) smokes form flooding but clears up and no blue smoke.Any ideas

Put a gas line shut off valve on it and use it when the engine is shut off.
