20G differential

Hi Guys, I finally got the axle replaced on the differential on my 20G. I put it in and I noticed the right (drivers) side axle is way longer than the left side... right side is 131/2" and the left side is only 7". Are the shafts different lengths or is this normal? I didn't notice a difference in lengths. I bought a pair of axles from ebay and they were both the same length. I replaced both sides although the left axle was good. Always good to have a spare.

Sounds like you got a ProMaster axle.

tonight I was sitting on the porcelain throne when it dawned on me the right side doesn't have the case cover on the transmission lol DOH

Best place to sit and think IMO. In fact I do most of my talking from there.
