I'm the proud owner of a new 2019 JD x350 lawn tractor. I got a 2013 used 44" snowblower attachment for free and was told that it "should" fit 300 series lawnmower. After some investigating I'm now not so sure. The serial number on the blower is M044SBC010265. I'm beginning to think this will only fit the 100 series tractors. Does anyone know if the compatibility kit BM26155 will allow me to use this blower?

Updates a model year 2006-2015 44-inch Snow Blower, 47-inch Snow Blower, or 48-inch Front Blade for use on a model year 2016 Select Series X300 or X500 Mult-Terrain Tractor.
Note: Updates a model year 2006-2015 44-inch Snow Blower (7001M/SKU23045), 47-inch Snow Blower (7002M/SKU23047), or 48-inch Front Blade (6002M/SKU23048) for use on a model year 2016 Select Series X300 or X500 Mult-Terrain Tractor.
I tried calling the local dealer with the serial number and they were not much help.
