17hp Koler engine is great. Everything around it is crap. Turns sharp to the left but not so much to the right. Low ground clearance. Run over a two inch thick stick in modderatly tall grass and you get fireworks under the motor from the deck being shoved into the drive pully on the motor. You feel it flex driving over a credit card or a few oak leaves. Horrid traction from the deck grabbing the ground all the time. Blade brake system nearly inoperatable. Blades partially engaged when you lift the deck to the highest level while pto is off. You have to ever so slowly engage the blades or risk throwing/burning the belt. Deck is even after much adjustment. Id rather have the old rear engine Snapper back with the 30in cut.
