Hi guys, Its my first time looking to purchase a tractor / mower / blower.

Basically 3/4 - 1 acre flat lawn.
Large 3 stall driveway
Lots of leaves and cottonwood sap falls on my lawn.

How does this CL tractor sound?

2012 John Deere x300 with snowblower attachment

2009 X300
42" deck
44" blower with weights and chains
43 hours (but out of warranty)

I was able to talk him down to $2700

Is this a good deal? How do I know its in good shape? Just drive it around?

I likely will need to buy a bagger / vacuum to suck up the leaves in the fall. How much do those run?
