Ill apologize in advance for the poor lighting. I will try and get some in better lighting shortly but for the time being my curiosity has got the best of me lol. This walk tractor belonged to my grandfather and has been in the back of one of our old buildings for many years. It has no tags that i can find. The engine mounted on it is a Wisconsin AKN. I would like to restore it in the near future but identifying it is my first step lol. Any ideas on who the manufacturer is or where i should be looking. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I suggest dragging it out into the open so that clear photos can be takes from all sides. Are there any ID tags or stampings on the frame or cast parts? Are there any covers or shields that you have but not mounted? Does it have attachments for the front or rear? Can an original color be determined? Is there any ID on the engine, such as on the shroud?

I recommend posting the improved photos here and also at Garden Tractor Talk forum under the Walk Behind Garden Tractor Forum sub-forum. They are more active on walk behind tractors.

Sorry I missed answering your reply but i have since determined (from a member on gttalk) that it is simpsons supremacy model 45. Now i just have to start the search for the proper motor (wisconsin abn or acn).
