For years I struggled with the 7.6/Convertible PTO engagement control. The ball detent that was originally used really didn't work well. It would be common for the PTO to disengage itself after a few hours of use. More often if the rubber grommet was worn. After looking at the 5665 PTO control rod, I was impressed with the elegance and simplicity of Gravely's solution.

For those that have no idea what I am referring to, here is a picture of the rod in the engaged and disengaged position.

I'm not positive, but I thought there was a post in the last six months or so that had the dimensions of that angle. I'll do some looking.
I got a new one from Richards today. Here are the measurements of this one. It may help someone out in the future. I did try to add this to the sticky but that thread is locked.

The picture got blurred in Photobucket the blue number is 0.48 inches
