Hey Guys
I made a Thread a few days ago about an issue with my JD 1026 Snowblower and still have not got back to it yet! I keep it in an unheated shed, so working on it is out of the question till it warms up a bit.

Anyways I have a 1986 Brochure for these series of Snowblowers and it covers four models from 3hp to 10hp. They must have had a short production run, maybe only a couple years, then they went to the 524, 826, 1028, & 1032 models etc. which were constructed a bit different most notably auger differential parts & motion drive parts.

Dad got this brochure when he bought the blower back in 86 & he paid $1,329.00 for it back then & I still have the receipt.

You might notice on the 1026 Snowblower spec up above it says $1,249.00 written in pen. That was the original price quote, but he wanted the additional 110v starter so that was 80 bucks extra.

If you search the net for JD-1026 not much comes up & I never see one of these on my travels any where.

Cheers! Bob

just fyi, bob_w was last here back in 2018... you may not get a reply from him.

You might consider making a new thread with your request?
